Castel Châteaux & Grands Crus are, 20 vineyards, 20 different characters and a selection of grands crus, brought together by Castel family with a common purpose: to cultivate talents, those from the winegrowing regions and viticulture, as well as those from gastronomy and fine wine selection.

From the creation of the company in 1949, Castel Frères asserts its ambition: to make its regions and France winemaking expertise well-known throughout the world. Almost 70 years later, this search for quality has driven Maison Castel brand to share a high quality savoir-faire accessible to everyone thanks to solid partnerships with winemakers from the greatest French viticulture regions. Already present in over 77 countries, Maison Castel has the pleasure to share the French wine universe, a natural taste for quality, and beyond that a life style full of flavours and diversity.

From single-grape wine, AOC, IGP, still or sparkling wine; Maison Castel has a complete offer that represents all the diversity of all French terroirs, the brand is engaged in being accessible and easily identifiable. Far from being a passing trend, organic and reasoned agriculture are an interdisciplinary priority at Castel Frères, regardless of the distribution circuit. Internally and externally, a comprehensive approach has been implemented. Supported by three pillars: Terra Vitis, organic and HVE label (High Environmental Value). It covers the diversity of French wine-producing regions. With 20 years of experience in family vineyards, we have all the expertise needed to help you create a "green" range that is in high demand with new consumers.

Terra Vitis : developed by winegrowers to winegrowers

To regulate and apply such engagement, Castel Frères supports the only reference exclusively created for viticulture: Terra Vitis. This certification is validated by an independent organisation; Terra Vitis defending a sustainable vineyard culture based on reasoned agriculture principles. This approach aims at the protection of the environment, human beings and their health, winegrowing economic viability, and the pleasure of wine from the vines to the cellar.
